Kua Nalu is located right across from Brennecke’s Beach and
perfect for a Hawaiian vacation. Imagine waking up in the
morning to a beautiful sunrise and being able to simply stroll
across your lawn to Brennecke’s Beach or adjacent Poipu Beach.
The Poipu Beach area is very family
friendly. Choose from a sheltered bay to swim and snorkel to
the more exposed beaches perfect for body surfing, boogie
boarding and board surfing. You really have everything you
need within a very short walking distance. Come treat yourself
to the comfort, convenience and value of Kua Nalu.

Availability Calendar:
2010-2011 Rates
1 to 2 guests: $2,275 week ($325/night)
3 to 4 guests: $2,450 week ($350/night)
5 to 8 guests: $2,625 week ($375/night)
Cleaning fee ($175 or $300) and Hawaii state taxes (12.42%) are
added.
If your group includes 4 people or less you can choose to just rent
the
upstairs. This will allow you to have the lower cleaning rate
($175). The
downstairs (1 bed/1 bath) will be locked off and never rented to
another party.
Deposit: $250 by check or credit card
Payment Options: Traveler’s, personal or business checks and credit
cards are accepted via Paypal.
Amenities
Ocean view, Complete linens and beach
towels, Covered parking, Beach gear, Fully
equipped kitchen, Two flat screen Tv’s, Cable, DVD, Board games, Gas outdoor barbeque, Washer and
dryer, Free wireless internet access (WiFi), Two lanai’s over looking
ocean, and a large front yard to relax and let the kids run around on.
Master Bedroom: King size bed, Walk-in closet, Desk & Private Bath.
2nd Bedroom: Two twin beds or convert to king, Private Bath.
Downstairs bedroom: Queen size bed, Walk-in closet, Private Bath.
For the 2nd bedroom we have
a special "doubler" consisting of a lambs wool center piece and sturdy strap
that goes around the twin mattresses horizontally. This keeps everything
snug making for a very comfortable king size bed.

be held for 3 days by your phone or e-mail request.

Deposit: A $250 refundable security/damage deposit is required to
confirm your reservations. Your deposit will be returned to you by mail
or credited to your account within three weeks of departure, less
extraordinary cleaning or damage exceeding normal wear, if any. Please
phone or e-mail to confirm availability before mailing your deposit.

Occupancy: Limited to confirmed guests. Not sure about who's all
coming? No problem. Your confirmation can be updated any time.

Payment: Payment is kindly requested 90 days prior to your
arrival. Traveler's, personal and business checks preferred. Credit
cards are accepted via
Paypal.

Cancellations: Must be in writing by fax or e-mail. Deposits and
payments are fully refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if
cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to your planned
arrival. Cancellation notification of less than 90 days may result in
forfeiture of the rent. There will be no forfeiture if I am able to
re-rent to another party for the period affected by the cancellation. It
may be worth checking out
trip insurance.

Keys: Kept in a lock box by the
