Amenities
Air conditioned bedrooms (wall a/c), complete linens and beach
towels, covered parking at your front door, nice and cool - designed for
the trade winds, beach chairs and umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen, cable
TV (2 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players) gas outdoor barbeque, washer and dryer, boogie boards, snorkel
gear, beach toys, Free wireless internet access (WiFi), and more. There
are very few homes on the island as earth friendly as Nanea Kai and Aikane
Kauai next door. Hot water AND electricity are provided by the abundant
sun. Utility back-up is seamless if required.

Holiday Season (12/16/08 to
1/6/2009): $2400 per week (7 people max).
Add Hawaii state tax
(11.42%) and cleaning fee ($150 or $195).
Stays longer than 7 nights
are pro-rated at the weekly rate.
If your group includes 4 people
or less you can rent just the upstairs. This gives you the lower cleaning
fee. The first floor suite (3rd bedroom/bath) will be locked off but never be rented to
another party.

There are beds for up to 6
plus a cot if needed.

Master bedroom: Cal King size bed
Bedroom #2: 2 twins or convert to king
Bedroom #3: 2 twins or convert to king
For the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms we have
special doublers consisting of a lambs wool center piece and sturdy strap
that goes around the twin mattresses horizontally. This keeps everything
snug making for a very comfortable king size bed.

be held for 3 days by your phone or e-mail request.

Deposit: A $250 refundable security/damage deposit is required to
confirm your reservations. Your deposit will be returned to you by mail
or credited to your account within three weeks of departure, less
extraordinary cleaning or damage exceeding normal wear, if any. Please
phone or e-mail to confirm availability before mailing your deposit.

Occupancy: Limited to confirmed guests. Not sure about who's all
coming? No problem. Your confirmation can be updated any time.

Payment: Payment is kindly requested 90 days prior to your
arrival. Traveler's, personal and business checks preferred. Mastercard
and Visa accepted.

Cancellations: Must be in writing by fax or e-mail. Deposits and
payments are fully refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if
cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to your planned
arrival. Cancellation notification of less than 90 days may result in
forfeiture of the rent. There will be no forfeiture if I am able to
re-rent to another party for the period affected by the cancellation. It
may be worth checking out
trip insurance.
