Hale Aka is a 4 bedroom, 3
bathroom home with two master suites. It can be rented as a 3 bedroom, 2
bathroom for up to 8 people, or just rent the "Studio", (one of the master
suites) which is one large bedroom with kitchenette and its own bathroom.
Perfect for couples on their honeymoon or just to get away for a restful
vacation. Or rent the entire 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home for up to 10
people. Rent the entire home for 4 weeks or more and get one week free.
The studio and the 3 bedroom 2 bath portion
of the house are rented together or separately.

Policies
Minimum stay: 5 nights
Occupancy: Limited to number of confirmed guests.
Deposit: $500. A refundable
security/damage deposit is required to confirm your reservations. Your
deposit will be returned to you by mail or credited to your account within
three weeks of departure, less extraordinary cleaning or damage exceeding
normal wear, if any. Please phone or e-mail to confirm availability before
mailing your deposit.
Payment: Kindly requested 60 days prior to
your arrival. Traveler's, personal and business checks accepted. Sorry, no
credit
cards.
Cancellations: Must be in writing by fax or e-mail. Deposits and payments
are fully refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is made
at least 60 days prior to your planned arrival. Cancellation notification
of less than 60 days may result in forfeiture of the rent. There will be
no forfeiture if I am able to re-rent to another party for the period
affected by the cancellation. It may be worth checking out trip insurance.
Check in 3pm / Check out 10am: Let me know if you need some flexibility on
these times and I will accommodate if possible.
Keys: Kept in a lock box by the front door. The current combo will be sent
with your payment confirmation.
Smoking: Outside only.
