My name is Chris White, owner and manager of Kauai Vacation Properties. I was raised on Kauai and have spent many years exploring, biking, hiking, kayaking and surfing around the island. My background includes eight years working in the food, beverage and banquet departments at Poipu's leading resorts before starting my careers as a travel agent and property manager. I've traveled extensively around the world but Kauai is home. I started Kauai Vacation Properties in response to the success in managing my own vacation rental home in Poipu. Aikane Kauai has been close to 100% booked for several years now so I've often found myself in the position of helping people find an alternative that's right for them. Honesty and friendly professionalism with the aloha spirit are the foundation. I've visited all of the properties presented in this website. Each was selected as among the best in their category. Photographs are purposely presented to give you an honest idea of the respective property.
I am also the owner/appraiser for The Appraisal Company of Kauai, an independent real estate appraisal firm specializing in the wide range of homes, condominiums and vacant land on Kauai.
